FANTASTIC...This place was amazing. Absolutley beautiful and immaculately clean. We traveled with our two children and had plenty of space in a room with a double bed, twin bed and cot. They even brought up a high chair to make feeding the baby easier (which we simply took to the breakfast room in the morning). The breakfast was so good! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The town of Kilkenny is a charming little place and a 15 min or so walk away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is a modern house just a short walk from Kilkenny city. Helen is very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for her. The bedrooms are immaculate, and all decorated in a really interesting, modern style. Unbelievably comfortable beds, and a couple of the rooms have whirlpool baths - heaven! Unless you want to be right downtown, this is the best B&B in Kilkenny, hands down (A regular visitor to Kilkenny, I stayed in several before finding this jewel).

"We Loved this place". My family stayed here for 2 nights using 4 of the rooms (9 people total). It was the first place we stayed on a long Ireland vacation. We all loved it and would recommend it highly. We were allowed to gather in the living room at any time and did often. There was a nice patio for the smoker. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Helen's local advice was excellent for food, pubs, activities. It was a 20 minute walk to the center of town (Kilkenny castle) but there were food and stores closer than that. We enjoyed the walk after a full day of flying and then driving for hours. My mom uses a wheel chair and there was ample room for her and a bathroom for the handicapped. We would stay there again.

"Met expectations, would recommend"...Friendly staff, wonderful room, great breakfast made to order, however no wifi. Also, within walking distance to all Kikenny downtown attractions.

Beautiful Room. Stayed there for two nights new years eve and day room was lovely and the breakfast was to die for we will be back one day loved it.

Stumbled upon a real gem. Looking for 1 night B&B late(ish) one evening and came across this purpose built guest house accomodation. The place is very modern in decor with excellent tasteful design and decor. There is quality in all the fittings and was spotlessly clean.

Friendly people who are dedicated to running this type of accomodation, which was in total contrast to some dumps that we walked out from.

I would definately recommend this place...
